K2 Works Software License Agreement

This is a legal agreement between you and K2 Works Products Inc., covering your use of “My Election”  (the "Script "). Be sure to read the following agreement before purchasing or using the Script.

All K2 Works scripts are provided subject to the terms of the license agreement. By purchasing and/or downloading the Script you are agreeing to the terms of this license so please read it carefully before continuing.
Please make sure that your server meets the requirements before purchasing! Because the software is being provided as source code, We regret that we can't offer refunds.

Outline of the license terms:
You may install each license of the software on a single website domain.
You may not lease, sell or re-distribute any K2 Works scripts.
All K2 Works scripts are provided as is.
Changes to the source code will void your free support for any areas of the script that have been changed.
K2 Works and/or it's script copyrights and branding cannot be removed unless the "unbranded" version of the software is purchased.

Refunds are not issued for server failure/issues, lack of features or if your server does not meet the Software Requirements.

BY USING THE SCRIPT, YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT USE THE SCRIPT AND DESTROY ALL COPIES IN YOUR POSSESSION.

The sCRIPT is owned by K2 Works and is protected by United States copyright laws and international treaty provisions. Therefore, you must treat the Script like any other copyrighted material (e.g., a book or musical recording).

Purchasing this script allows you the right to use it on a single personal computer operating on a private network and/or a single public website. A website shall be defined as any text, image and binary data retrieval service operating on a computer, accessible at a single internet domain name, by means of a remote computer, over a public network, using the hypertext transport protocol over TCP/IP.

You may install the Script on behalf of a third party subject to their agreeing to be bound by the terms of this license but you may not re-distribute, sell, rent or lease the Script to others. You may make modifications to the software but the original license agreement will remain in force for the modified version. If you violate any part of this agreement, your right to use this Script terminates automatically and you must then destroy all copies of the Script in your possession.

The Script and its related documentation are provided "AS IS" and without warranty of any kind and K2 Works expressly disclaims all other warranties, expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Under no circumstances shall K2 Works be liable for any incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from the use or inability to use the Script or related documentation, even if K2 Works has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall K2 Works liability exceed the license fee paid, if any.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United States. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of the Agreement, or portion thereof, to be unenforceable, that provision of the Agreement shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to affect the intent of the parties, and the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.

The Script and documentation is provided with RESTRICTED RIGHTS as described in the License Agreement.
